Responsible for development, deployment and support for the applications in scope
Response and resolve incidents, problem and user queries through proper analysis
Manage communication for Incidents (SLA breaches, Application Major Incidents, Logistics issue) and responsible for communications within team, manager and department
Execute continuous service improvement plan, process improvement
Ensures essential process / procedures are followed and contribute to defining standards.
Communicate complex technical issues to business users in a language they understand
Contribute in effective knowledge management best practices within team and organization
Work closely with 1st & 3rd level support and development teams to the incidents, problem and users queriesare resolved within SLA
Must have exceptional business-oriented analytical skills and good oral and written communication skills.
Strong understanding of legacy systems relate / interface with each other and impact analysis familiarity.
Able to translate user business requirements into data requirements and source-to-target data mapping.
Experience in ETL, Terdata, FSLDM, SQL development and knowledge in Risk and regulatory is a must for this specific role.
Must-Have - Teradata with FSLDM 1. SA/ BA Role - 5yrs minimum functional Domain knowledge in Data Modeling/Profiling/Mapping 2. Data Modeling (FSDM / Data Marts) Finance-GL, Risk, Wholesale, Retail, Core, wealth, trade, insurance, deposits, Customer management, Credit management, Tax, Compliance, Regulatory, Credit risk reporting, GL/Finance-Recon, BCBS 239, Basel etc 3. Banking experience in functional (min two) Business Analysis / Business Acumen: • Finance Analytics • Credit Risk Analytics - NPL, Counterparty Risk Reporting • Credit Scoring & Decision Support Systems • Treasury & Wealth Management (Murex) • Trade Finance & Accounts Receivable Management (FITAS, ARF) • Retail Bank, Cards (Silver Lake, Cardpac)
