Senior System Engineer

Job Responsibilities: Install, configure, and manage development, staging, and production environments following standard procedures and documentation.Collaborate with the team to address scaling, testing, and performance issues, ensuring disaster recovery plans are in place.Provide daily operational support and participate in project implementations (requires travel flexibility).Maintain and enhance existing system architecture and prepare technical documentation.Research and implement solutions to improve system reliability, availability, and service standards.Automate processes for testing, deployment, and configuration to streamline systems. Ensure compliance with IT policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.Explore new technologies and tools to improve efficiency and service standards.Job Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or a related field with strong academic performance.At least 5 years of experience in administering both Windows and Linux OS (VMware/virtualization & cloud environments like AWS/Google Cloud).Hands-on experience with Docker, cloud deployment, coding, and scripting (e.g., PHP, Java, NodeJS, Shell scripts).Proficiency in managing web services (Apache, NGINX, PHP, SQL databases).Familiarity with DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, Git, TFS, Jenkins).Strong understanding of network and system administration.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.Ability to meet tight deadlines and adhere to project plans.
