Recruitment - Internal (Human Resources & Recruitment)
This role will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including onboarding and offboarding, employer branding, and engagement. For recruitment, this role will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand the specific requirements for hiring and identify candidates who align with our company culture and values.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements.
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Conduct screening interviews and coordinate the interview process with hiring managers.
Evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the position, providing insights to the hiring team.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR recruitment.
Manage new joiners' onboarding from preparing offer letters, onboarding documentation to the first day of work, IT asset arrangement, office tour, staff ID photoshoot, new joiner's announcement, etc.
Coordinate offboarding for certain positions.
Identify recruitment strategies/platforms that would attract candidates.
Manage and initiate engagement activities and communication internally.
Requirements
Positive attitude and accountability.
Mandarin speaking proficiency required to deal with Mandarin speaking stakeholders from overseas.
Min Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or mass volume hiring preferred.
Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Our office is located at 40, Jln TPP 5, Taman Perindustrian Putra, 47130 Puchong, Selangor (please Google us before applying for this role to see if the location is ideal for future commute to work).
Working hours: Mon-Fri, 9.00am to 6.00pm.
