Overview The purpose of the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (Support Hiring) is to recruit and select the best possible talent for support functions in a timely and cost-efficient way, whilst constantly ensuring a healthy talent pipeline for these departments. The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will work closely with the TA Director and Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (Mass Hiring) to develop the Talent Acquisition strategy for Malaysia by championing digitization, process automation and accurate forecasting/reporting; examining hiring trends and anticipating the organization's response to labour market changes, such as shortages and surpluses in skills or language proficiency level availability. The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will work closely with WFM and stakeholders to ensure accurate forecast and capacity planning. This role will provide sourcing strategies by client program, develop partnerships with universities, institutions, NGOs and social media communities to constantly attract a pipeline of quality candidates with budget that exceed the basic requirements of clients. The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for managing the overall relationship with recruitment agencies and overseeing the management of direct recruitment channels (job boards, company career site, social media advertisements, employee referrals, internal promotions, lateral transfers, JUMP candidates and direct applications) as well as managing, coaching and developing a team of multi-lingual recruiters and interns.This role will support 3 x Bricks & Mortar sites in Penang, 1 x Bricks & Mortal site in Kuala Lumpur as well as our permanent work from home (Cloud Campus) employees in Malaysia. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or Business Administration; a Master's degree is preferred.Fluency in written and spoken English CEFR B2 Level of proficiency as a minimum.Native speaker of Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa Malaysia, Japanese, Korean or another SE Asian language.Extensive stakeholder management and Talent Acquisition experience in a fast paced, multicultural environment; ideally from a contact centre or BPO background Tech savvy with advanced working knowledge of Office 365. Must be comfortable navigating Excel reports and analysing recruitment data Prior working knowledge of an HRIS such as iCIMs, Workday or Oracle Peoplesoft would be a distinct advantage as well as Power BI for reporting purposesIn-depth experience of direct hiring using the latest social media channels.Prior knowledge and understanding of LSS (Lean Six Sigma) would be an advantagePrior experience of successfully managing a TA teamChange management, project management, vendor management and performance management experience are essentialAble to work independently and as a team memberFlexibility and ability to handle ambiguity and navigate change with easeWillingness to continually learn, develop and bring about positive changeEmotionally intelligent, empathetic, and resilient Responsibilities (may perform other duties as requested that are not specifically included in this job description)Responsible for the timely and efficient 'day to day' recruitment and selection of the best quality talent for Teleperformance MalaysiaEnsure the quality and quantity of new talent requested by the business is delivered on time and as per hiring plansOversee hiring requirements and track client program TA performance metrics daily. Continually explore and develop new recruitment sourcing channels such as job boards, job/career fairs, community organizations, employment agencies, colleges/universities, and networking groups etc. to promote a healthy talent pipeline inclusive of impact sourcingSupervise and coach direct reports whilst ensuring the highest level of recruitment compliance of local labour law and company recruitment procedures to guarantee the quality and quantity of applicants assigned to each client programPlan monthly maximum hiring capacity and lead times in response to RFP requests and business requirements as requiredKeep abreast of regional and local labour market dynamics and the impact that any skills or language shortages may have on the company's ability to hire within Malaysia or hire and relocate to MalaysiaEstablish long and short-term objectives with specific sourcing strategies and hiring plans to ensure on time resources delivery (headcount, profile matching and onboarding deadlines met)Stakeholder management: Hiring Managers, Project Managers, Learning & Development, Workforce Management, Procurement, IT, external recruitment partners and suppliersEnsure Manpower Requisition Form is completed and authorised at all stages as well as the SOW (Scope of Works) before commencing recruitmentProvide a clear sense of direction for a team of Talent Acquisition Managers, Talent Acquisition Partners and Interns that focus on support hiring (CCM, ACCM, Team Leaders, QAs, Trainers, WFM, technical, IT and niche positions) to deliver a first-class Talent Acquisition service to the business whilst promoting a culture of high performance, continuous learning, continuous improvement, action orientation and motivation (producing fresh and imaginative ideas and solutions)Online Testing: Ensure that all hiring utilises the most appropriate online testing and background screening tools being sure to acknowledge processes mandated by clientWork closely with the TA Director and Senior TA Manager (Mass Hiring) to ensure compliance with internal Best R&S audit requirementsDemonstrate role model behaviour in line with the Company's culture and corporate values: Integrity, Respect, Innovation, Professionalism and CommitmentEnsure all Teleperformance processes, procedures and policies are fulfilled, including but not limited to GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation, GECSP - Global Essential Compliance, Information Security Policies, HR, etc. Communicate to leadership any known infractions of these Corporate Policies and procedures immediatelyPromote and guarantee the success of Teleperformance's Career Management Program (JUMP) and the Regional Internship Program
