We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Speciaiist to join our ambitious HR team and heip us drive top talent to our company via innovative candidate attraction strategies.
Talent Acquisition Speciaiist Responsibilities include: Abiiity to undertake a full-cycle recruiting to have a well-rounded view and to take into account technical skills and behavioural aspects needed for the role Determine selection criteria and advertise accordingly in relevant social media and varying platforms Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g.
social platforms and professional networks) and create strong talent pipelines for our company's current and future hiring needs.
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in- person interviews To have sound knowledge in or Behavioural based interviewing competencies To have sound knowledge and application of profiling tools utilized for this purpose such as in the Myers-Briggs Type indicator, Disc Assessment, PEAKS Lea' ers and Human Capitai Analytics or other similar assessment tools Ability to design interview questions that reflect each position's requirements Lead employer branding initiatives including organizing and attend job fairs and recruitment events Requirements At least 6 years' experience in a full-cycle recruiting role is preferred.
Experience working in a high-growth,constantly evolving environment.
Experience in working in a fast pace environment with ability to close vacancies in a quick turnaround time.
Desire to build knowledge of the Org business and services.
Solid communicator across aii ieveis and verticais of the organization.
A high level of ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
