Job Description:
- Possessing strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to motivate teams, engage effectively with employees, customers, and suppliers, and proactively address needs and complaints to enhance satisfaction.
- Manage store operations, including personnel, inventory, and financial performance, to ensure smooth business.  
- Analyze costs, sales data, and profits to develop effective strategies and maximize profitability.  
- Recruit, train, schedule working time, and manage employees to ensure efficient teamwork and high service quality.  
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards, ensuring compliance with regulations.  
- Plan promotions, adjust offerings based on market trends, and increase brand visibility.  
- Monitor customer service levels, handle complaints promptly, and protect the store's reputation.  
- Manage procurement, control costs, and prevent waste through effective inventory management.  
- Oversee cash handling, ensure financial accuracy, and report key metrics to superiors.  
Job Requirements:  Minimum education level SPM/O'level.Able to speak in Mandarin & English. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.More than 2 years of relevant work experience is required, including at least 1 year of experience in a management position.
