Senior Team Leader (Quantity Surveyor)

Required to perform quantity surveying duties necessary for the efficient operation of the office.
Handles and runs projects under close monitoring and supervision of Senior Assistant Technical Director/Assistant Technical Director (SATD/ATD).
Assists SATD/ATD in day-to-day duties on all projects handled.
Attends all Project Co-ordination, Technical or Site Meetings of projects under their care.
Assists in the training of junior staff.
Responsible for anchoring the preparation of Bills of Quantities allocated by Technical Director/SATD.
Job Requirements & Person Specification (Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Behaviours):
Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
Proficient in English and Bahasa. Ability to speak and write in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Minimum 6 years relevant working experience except candidate with exceptional qualities.
