The School of Arts and Social Sciences has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Technical Officer to join our team.
In this role, you will provide essential technical and operational support to ensure the smooth delivery of teaching, learning, and research activities within the School.
In this role,you will oversee the media studio, maintain AV equipment, support video production and editing, and assist with practical demonstrations.You will also provide guidance to staff and students on technical resources, ensuring compliance with university policies and standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating equipment loans.
Troubleshooting minor technical issues.
Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality technical services.
To succeed, you will bring:
Strong technical expertise in AV operations.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A proactive and solutions-driven approach to service delivery.
