Candidates with less experience will be considered as Product Director.
ResponsibilitiesDefine product strategies, success factors and product roadmaps to fuel exponential growth and engagement;
Synchronize product strategies, roadmaps, metrics, features and user journey to create inter-application/products synergy and optimize user experience;
Identify and provide insights for product development and optimization based on competitive analysis, market trends and user needs;
Drive, review and optimize the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch;
Track key product metrics for continuous product improvement;
Coordinate with business owners, design teams and technical teams in line with product plans;
Lead and develop teams of product managers and squads in scale with business growth.
