Senior Technical Support Engineer

We are currently looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer for an electronics manufacturer.
This position requires your urgent attention.

Location: Johor

The RoleRespond promptly to customer inquiries and support requests via various channels (phone, email, chat).
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and network configurations.
Provide clear and concise solutions to customers.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all support interactions and resolutions.
The ExperienceBachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in technical support.
Experience in troubleshooting C/C++ programming.
