To learn more about our company and solution portfolios, please visitlumileds.com .What You Will Do:Support Manufacturing & Engineering team with Test Hardware, Software and Methodologies for accurately testing High Power Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs) & ICT testing (In Circuit Test)Debugging and understand Level 2 products and isolating the which component failure based on tester results.Establish and execute testing strategies to support current testing challenges.Provide specialized training to stakeholders (including production, engineering, development and quality).Support both the internal and external (subcontract) stakeholders with test hardware, software and improvement activities.Work with NPI teams in Asia and USA to provide test technology to support new product needs as they are introduced to the market.Continuously challenges and improves test strategy/ Way Of Working for optional product quality and cost.Absolute Ownership assigned Testing ProcessTester sustaining for all testers (multiple platform) which for manufacture able & sustainable mode and also in sense of quality mind set.Drive to carry out performance monitoring program such as GR&R, SPC, Trend Charts and document the records to quality standards and demonstrate during audits.Work together with the Test development engineer, cross functional engineer, GTs and MS and EOs to achieve Department Goals.Drive to setup and buy-off new test system, conversion Kit, Sockets, Tester upgrading including hardware and software establishment and procedures.Render necessary support to the NPI/R&D and Products engineering, quality Engineering team for new products, new Technology release and product performance improvement.Provide necessary support/Co-ordination to team member for problem solving and troubleshooting if needed.What You Will Bring (REQUIRED Qualifications):Bachelor's or Master's DegreeField of StudyElectrical Engineering, E&E Engineering, Material engineering, Pure Science (Physics) or related studiesYears of Experience (Minimum)5 yearsLicenses / CertificationsN/APreferred Qualifications:Computer skills example – Report compilation and creating presentation slides (Microsoft Power Point, Excel, Word) will be an added advantage.Data analysis using tools such as Minitab/JMP/Excel.Good analytical skills in problem solving approach.Good technical report writing & skills.Good organizing, planning and communication skills.Lumileds is an Equal Employment Opportunity EmployerYour application will include the following questions:What's your expected monthly basic salary?How many years' experience do you have as a Testing Engineer?How much notice are you required to give your current employer?Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics 5,001-10,000 employees#J-18808-Ljbffr
