Responsibilities:Support the organizational needs in upgrading the skill of all employees in Fuji Electric (Malaysia) Sdn.
Bhd.
Plan, organize, and coordinate training in order to meet organizational needs.
Support the implementation of ISO9001 and ISO14001 systems and the management of Environment Management Program (EMP).
Conduct Training Needs Analysis to close the employees' competency gaps effectively.
Ensure all training and training assessment records for all employees are well maintained and managed.
Analyze, propose, and implement continual improvement from the results of all evaluations on training effectiveness.
Assist to upkeep, monitor, advise and control training budget as per planned.
Ensure timely PSMB application and reimbursement of training expenses.
Administration and support of various systems e.g.
Training System, e-learning, LMS, HRDC e-Tris & etc.
Constantly review, align, and propose the revision of training standard operating procedures and policies according to the latest organizational needs changes.
Conduct orientation for new employees.
Support collaboration efforts with higher learning institutes both locally and overseas.
Data Analysis and preparation of Training Reports and metrics.
Job Requirements:Minimum 4 years of working experience in related field.
A recognized Degree, preferably in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Human Resource Management, Social Science, Economics, Training, or equivalent.
Preferably knowledgeable in HRDC Acts, guidelines, and schemes.
Well-versed in Microsoft Applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication skills (Basic writing skills, feedback, meeting, presentation skills, handling audit, reports preparation).
Good in organizing, planning, problem-solving, and able to work independently.
Critical thinking skills for effective training program development & analytical skill to perform effective training data analysis.
Experience in Learning Management System (LMS) and e-Learning platforms will be an added advantage.
