A Senior Transfer Pricing Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing transfer pricing strategies, ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations.

DescriptionLead benchmarking projects across various databases, driving initiatives with minimal oversight.
Create process maps and checklists to ensure the delivery of high-quality benchmarking results.
Draft, review, and update both new and existing reports.
Provide support for key activities through factual reviews, financial analysis, and contract assessments.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and implement approved changes with a proactive, forward-thinking approach.
Assist in quantitative analysis and modeling for tax planning and policy initiatives.
Manage work allocation, team leadership, and resource planning in collaboration with managers, senior managers, or partners as needed.
Mentor and train team members, sharing knowledge on case laws, industry news, and relevant articles.
ProfileA degree in Accounting, Economics, Taxation, Law, or a related field from a recognized university, or a professional qualification in a similar discipline.
6-9 years of experience in transfer pricing, ideally with another professional services firm or a delivery center of industry players.
Experience with data analytics is preferred but not required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proven leadership and people management abilities, with the capacity to work independently or as part of a team.
Familiarity with transfer pricing databases such as TP Catalyst (BvD), Onesource, and others.
