Job Purpose  Continuously deliver system enhancement and new features to achieve companys goal Plan, design and develop for all customization, enhancement and new features To provide development guidance / expectation / best practice to team members Assign tasks to team members Manage task delivery date Debugging, fixing and system performance fine tune Provide solutions, expected delivery date and development man days.
Perform code review Collaborate with teams, consultant or support on unit testing Well known in our HRMS system, in terms of structure, design and flow Job Responsibilities Ensure all changes are backward compatible and zeroize errors Maintain high quality of code writing and delivery Ensure all patches are well tested and complete deployment is done Deliver on time Ensure critical technical issue is resolve within the time allocation Job Requirement Degree and above in Computing and Software Development related Proficiency in code writing and SQL Minimum 3 years working experience in related field Mandarin speaker is preferred as this role requires communication with Chinese clients OS / Computing knowledge Business Process / Flow Well known in Vb.Net, JavaScript, HTML and MS SQL Development lifecycle (plan, design, develop, test) System architecture
