We are seeking a high-caliber professional to join our team as Senior Vice President, Sanctions - Trade Finance (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities:
Provide sanctions advisory for Trade & Working Capital Solutions business, focusing on Trade Finance and lending.
Develop and implement firm-wide sanctions risk management policy, maintaining the sanctions compliance program for the businesses.
Act as an Economic Sanctions Subject Matter Expert responsible for overseeing the bank's risk-taking activities.
Manage a team or multiple teams of specialized compliance professionals.
Review and provide guidance over complex transactions, deals, and issues.
Support investigations and interactions with regulatory authorities.
Monitor adherence to Citi's Global Sanctions Policy and relevant procedures.
Interact with Management to raise awareness of Sanctions trends and emerging issues.
Participate in internal assurance processes.
Required Qualifications:
Expertise in Sanctions and AML regulations, risks, and typologies.
Strong product knowledge of trade finance and lending products.
Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills.
Must be a self-starter, flexible, innovative, and adaptive.
Highly motivated, strong attention to detail, team-oriented, organized.
Ability to articulate complex problems and solutions.
Experience managing regulatory exams and relationships with examiners.
Awareness of regulatory requirements including local and US laws.
