Purpose of the role We are on the lookout for an exceptionally talented Senior Motion Graphics Designer/Video Editor to join our dynamic Regional Creative Team. As a senior member, you will lead the charge in conceptualizing and producing captivating motion graphics and video content, while also helping to elevate our team's creativity.
Responsibilities Work closely with Creative Directors, Marketing Managers, and Producers to create compelling motion content for various channels. Craft storyboards that translate creative ideas into engaging storytelling sequences. Handle video editing, color correction, and compositing, ensuring high-quality output. Keep abreast of AI, industry trends, and best practices in video editing and motion graphics, incorporating new techniques and technologies into your workflow. Take full ownership of projects from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and exceeding expectations. Work with an international team across different time zones, managing diverse projects simultaneously. Deliver high-quality videos independently under tight deadlines. Assist with post-production and VFX needs, and develop compelling visuals and content using AI tools. Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Collaborate with wider creative teams to bring ideas to life. About you 7-8 years of experience in a motion design studio or in-house creative agency. Impeccable motion graphics and video editing skills. Familiar with outdoor and studio shooting production (lighting, bluescreen) and post-production (VFX, color grading). An online portfolio showcasing your motion graphics and video editing skills. Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator. Good understanding of what makes great content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). Knowledge or experience with AI tools is a plus. An eye for detail, strong aesthetics, and the ability to captivate audiences through motion content. Ability to edit music and sound design is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently. Capability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high production standards. Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to bring innovative ideas to the table. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and discuss design concepts with team members and stakeholders.
