Senior Warehouse Executive

Responsibilities:Implementing and overseeing security operations of the warehouse.
Implementing policies and procedures for warehouse operations.
Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity.
Implement FIFO system for stock movement, ensuring achievement of warehouse KPIs.
Communicating and coordinating with other departments.
Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities, including outbound and inbound activities.
Meeting regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention.
Scheduling and overseeing warehouse team and managing the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.
Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma in supply chain management, inventory management, warehouse & logistics management, business management or a closely related field.
8+ years of warehouse management experience.
Fluent in Mandarin and English, computer literate.
Required to have strong organizational leadership skills, excellent interpersonal skills, a strong team player spirit with a high degree of commitment, integrity, and professionalism.#J-18808-Ljbffr
