If you are constantly tinkering with new ideas and formats to create great content if you love conceptualizing and experimenting with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Then we're looking for YOU ! Your Role and Responsibilities: Conceptualization and Creativity (Knows how to represent an idea visually) Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts Apply typography techniques well Stay Updated on Design Trends Open to learning and applying AI to aid with the design process Attention to detail Problem-solving with a team Skills Required: Knows the fundamental Principles of Design Proficient in design software (e.g.
Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator) Good in video editing software (e.g.
Adobe Premier Pro and After Effects) Proven work or project experience Portfolio of completed design projects A Creative Thinker who is able to articulate or map out ideas Knows how to edit and manipulate images Understand colour theory Understand Social Media creatively – you know how to make social platforms work for your creatives.
