We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Hotel Servers. As a vital part of our hospitality services, Hotel Servers play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. From breakfast service to fine dining events, Hotel Servers deliver professional, friendly, and efficient service while upholding our hotel's standards of excellence.
Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere. Escort guests to their tables and present menus. Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests. Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff promptly. Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards. Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Clear tables and maintain a clean and organized dining area. Prepare and set up dining areas for service, including table settings and decorations. Assist in stocking and maintaining inventory of dining supplies. Collaborate with colleagues to provide seamless service during peak times. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Uphold hotel policies and procedures at all times. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required. Excellent customer service, communication skills, and personality are a must. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
