Service Advisor (Aftersales)

Working hours:
9 am to 6 pm (Monday - Friday)
9 am to 1 pm (Saturday)
Responsibilities:
Provide expert advice on vehicle maintenance and repair needs while ensuring customer satisfaction through professional interactions.
Greet customers, assess service requirements, prepare accurate estimates, and promote additional services or maintenance products.
Schedule and coordinate service appointments with technicians and the parts department to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery.
Document service records accurately, handle inquiries and complaints, and follow up on unsold services or customer concerns.
Oversee quality control of completed repairs, conduct final inspections, and manage vehicle handover.
Perform opening and closing responsibilities, including answering calls and processing payments.
Support overall operations with ad hoc duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a SPM or equivalent qualification.
A diploma or Degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
2-5 years in automotive service (dealership, garage, or service center).
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Basic technical knowledge of automotive systems.
Problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Sales and attention to detail.
Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
