Details of the offer

JOB DESCRITION
1. Establish and maintain good customer relations with customer.
2. To attend, accept and register all type of service or job requested by customer.
3. Ensure all service vehicles are fitted with courtesy items (Floor Mat and Seat Cover) during reception process.
4. Inspecting the vehicle using Vehicle Checklist and issue Repair Order (RO).
5. To complete customer and vehicle details on the Vehicle Checklist and RO at all time before printing.
6. To prepare and advise repair estimation / quotation and itemize all parts, labor, lubricant charges and nature of problems, the time of job completion and when the vehicle can be collected.
7. Advise customers concerning vehicle maintenance, accessories and technical problems upon delivery of cars. To inform and promote any new product/accessories or campaign available.
8. To obtain signature for the approval on the RO, Vehicle Checklist and give customer the Vehicle Collection Slip Number before proceed with the repair.
9. Follows up progress of repairs with Job Controller and if require additional time and/or costing, Service Advisor must inform and advise the customer.
10. Inspect work and if necessary road tests the vehicle after completion of work.
11. Ensure clear explanation given to the customer upon vehicle delivery.
12. To brief Service Manager on difficult complaints before bringing the customer to their attention.
13. To handle telephone inquiries and assist customers for information regarding services and warranty.
14. To carry out customer follow up (telephone call) after 3 days from the date of repair.
15. To obtain and update customer and vehicle particulars in the customer history record.
16. Solely responsible on all warranty administration, adherence the policies and procedures.
17. To prepare and submit to Perodua technical report, product quality report, quality reports supplementary on market problems.
18. Responsible in monitoring Warranty Claim Parts are properly tagged according to Warranty Claims Forms.
19. Responsible for all warranty parts return when requested by Technical and Warranty Department, Perodua HQ.
20. Assist Perodua for any technical and service information required.
21. To perform any other duties specified by Service Center Manager.
Operating Hours:
Monday to Saturday - 8.30am to 7.00pm
Sunday - 8.30am to 5.00pm
*Rest day - 1 rest day in each week (weekday)

Working Experience:
