ResponsibilitiesCarry out service advice together with the customer
Note and record comments from customers pertaining to vehicles
Create complete and detailed orders with vehicle data, diagnosis, estimated Standard Repair Time and work hours, completion date, scope of costs, etc
Check and approve the complete and correct invoicing for services.
Record vehicle data in the customer file.
QualificationsDiploma in Automotive
Minimum 2 years' experience in Automotive Service Line / Customer Service
Previous experience as a technician in the automotive industry will be an added advantage
Excellent customer relations skills with pleasant personality
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
Possess a valid driving license
