Job Responsibilities
To contact & remind customers on their interval services
To assist customers in setting appointments
To attend, advise & explain to customers on what should be done to their vehicle to maintain good performance
To work closely with Technicians ensuring smooth daily operation
Arrangement of service & repair works for technicians
To update service reports
To create invoices and receive payments
To maintain good rapport with customers ensuring good brand image
Ad hoc tasks (if needed)
Job Requirements
Good time management and able to handle ad-hoc tasks required by Management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good working attitude & learning ability
Candidate with service industry experience is an added advantage
Well versed in Bahasa Malaysia & English
Valid driving license
