To attend to customers and to provide technical information and sound advice, identifying customers' needs and technical problems.2.
To issue job orders, check on the progress of repair works, update the job control board, and conduct final inspections prior to releasing the cars to customers at the promised time.3.
To prepare estimation costs on repair works and allocate labor charges, ensuring correct parts charges for final billing, and being responsible for prompt collection of cash payments from customers.4.
To promote other service and parts packages/campaigns to achieve set targets and follow up on spare parts back orders.5.
To liaise with customers and sub-let contractors for sublet works, accident repairs, ensuring all charges are accounted for and charged to customers accordingly, and that the profit margin is attained.6.
To prepare workshop daily sales/collection reports, technical reports, and update the customers' database as required.7.
Responsible for after-service follow-up, surveying customers for degree of satisfaction, and informing customers of the date of the next scheduled maintenance and inspection.8.
To carry out any duties and job functions as instructed from time to time by the Company or person acting on behalf of the Company.9.
To maintain good housekeeping and upkeep of the workplace according to the standards set by the company.Job Type: Full-time
