Position:Service Advisor
Benefit, Skill & Experience Requirement:
Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in a similar position
Able to write and communicate well in Malay & English
Prefer: Female Only
Must be able to work in a team, positive attitude, and schedule work effectively
Possess own transport and accommodation
Salary Range: RM1800 - RM2300/month (negotiable based on experience)
After 3 month probation, incentive will be given out based on latest scheme from company & Hino HQ
Annually increment and bonus based on performance
Job Description:
Responsible for the day-to-day operations:
Attend customer daily needs in compliance with SST procedures and manage service appointments registration.
Conduct a 1-day before appointment reminder to the customer.
Promote service, parts sales and sell vehicles to potential customers.
Coordinate with Technician on work progress status and inform the customer accordingly.
Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Regularly maintain minimum stock balance of spare parts by using the system.
Assist in marketing and promotional activities to increase brand awareness.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations of the showroom.
Follow up customer payment.
Others ad-hoc tasks by HOD.
