Job Responsibilities:Main purpose of Service Ambassador is to relieve the Branch Manager, assuming responsibilities related to both operational and customer service aspects within the branch.
Promote company products to customers to achieve targets set by the company.
Maintain and deliver excellent quality of customer service to internal and external customers.
Ensure efficient and productive counter service operations.
Fully adhere to operational requirements for branch operations.
Ensure compliance with Branch Operational Procedure and Integrated Management System (IMS) guidelines when attending to customers.
Ensure confidentiality, integrity & availability of all AEON's information assets are protected.
Report promptly any breach of law, regulation, the company's code of conduct, or other company policies and guidelines to immediate superior.
Job Requirements:Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Supervising and monitoring skills.
Passionate and self-driven.
Minimum SPM with 5 years of Hospitality experience (Airlines & Hotel).
Working experience in Sales & Service will be an added advantage.
Good selling, negotiation, and promotion skills.
Have own transportation.
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Able to work on shifts, public holidays, and weekends.
Willing to travel and work independently under pressure.
