Job briefAs a SERVICE & BARISTA CREW Service crew members prepare and serve food, process customer payments, and provide customer service according to standards stated in the organizationl Standard Operations Procedure. You will be rotated around different stations that includes, BAR, FLOOR, SERVICE, MERCHANDISE AND BUSSING.Scope:- Prepare all drinks on menu according to standard recipes.- Provide excellent service to all customers.- Serve and manage customer experience from point of entry till they leave.- Maintain cleanliness, pre -set ambience of the restaurant space at all times.- Follow proper opening and closing procedures as per training.- Conduct customer surveys and propose ways to improve customer service.- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner- Contribute ideas to drive sales.Reporting- You will be reporting progress to Our Operations Manager, Shift Supervisors daily.- You are considered part of the Junior Crew Team.**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per monthSchedule:- Fixed shift- Rotational shiftApplication Deadline: 04/30/2024
