About YouThe Service Consultant entails identifying Body & Paint problems with vehicles during vehicle check-in to ASC/EC, gathering vehicle condition information with Pre-Inspection, and drafting orders for repairs to be done. This key person will communicate with related departments to understand issues such as repair costs and time.Your Day-to-DayRefer to all related inspection reports and listen to the Body & Paint technical team's professional comments on issues and symptoms on the vehicle for better understanding of the vehicle problem.Perform Pre-Inspections to narrow down the cause of the problem.Calculate and provide customers with an estimate of expenses for resolving the problem.Explain the process to related parties so they understand what to expect and when the vehicle will be repaired.Record vehicle information gathered in the appropriate database.Your Know-HowA tertiary qualification or equivalent.At least 3 years of working experience in the After Sales division.Proven ability to work within fast-paced and dynamic work environments.Advanced skills in computer literacy.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Independent, dynamic, and possess integrity.Organized, patient, and good work etiquette.Automotive Engineering related course.#J-18808-Ljbffr
