Job Description Responsibilities Answer incoming service calls from customers, suppliers, and employees, providing clear and effective communication regarding service updates.
Create, follow up, maintain, and close service orders within the customer management system.
Accurately assess service requirements and ensure timely and accurate data entry throughout the service order lifecycle.
Create new service quotes by researching parts and pricing (both internal and external).
Accurately estimate service time requirements and generate quotes to be sent to clients.
Convert approved quotes into service orders.
Build and maintain relationships with vendors and manage the ordering of parts as required by customer purchase orders.
Assess customer needs and schedule or coordinate service appointments accordingly.
Review technician schedules to ensure accurate job coordination.Manage service calls, spare parts ordering, and purchase requests for local external suppliers when necessary.
Check customer credit status and request approval if needed.
Be open to taking on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and department.
Requirements Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Driving license & own vehicle.
Fluent in written & conversational English.
