Responsibilities:Provide routine clerical service and support function to the department operation including typing.
Open work orders and prepare pocket filing (J26, P68 & L88).
File supporting documents such as Time Cards, LPO, Job Acceptance Forms, Customer Purchase Orders, etc.
Run Job Closing Summary and Proforma invoice from CDIS to service head for review.
Invoice Service Jobs for J26, P68 & L88.
Sort out invoices to respective customers and file accordingly.
Record weekly invoicing and WIP Ageing Report.
File/keep all correspondence for Service head.
Type letters, Service Monthly Reports, Machine Inspection Reports, etc. for service head.
Close Service Work Orders and prepare for invoicing.
Write SIM, warranty claims, and do warranty invoicing; prepare machine delivery documents.
Generate quotations, open jobs, close jobs, invoice, sort out invoices to respective customers, and file.
Execute all procurement-related activities in compliance with Group Policies & Authorities (GPA), Group Procurement Policies and Authorities (GPPA), and SD Industrial's Procurement Standard Operating Procedures (Procurement SOPs).
Prepare & tidy SOS sampling from customer delivery to HO for analysis and record.
Carry out other general service jobs as assigned by Superior from time to time.#J-18808-Ljbffr
