Service Crew (F&B Industry)

Greet customers warmly and assist them in making menu selections.- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.- Serve food and beverages to customers in a courteous and efficient manner.- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and floors.- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly.- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems.- Upsell additional items or promotions to customers as appropriate.- Assist in restocking inventory and maintaining adequate supplies of condiments, napkins, and other dining essentials.- Follow company policies and procedures, including dress code and grooming standards.- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a harmonious team environment.- Attend training sessions and meetings as required to enhance job knowledge and skills.- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the F&B establishment.**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Flexible schedule- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSupplemental pay types:- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)**Experience**:- Food service: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)**Location**:- Kuala Lumpur (preferred)
