Service Crew/ Floor Crew / Waiter

Based in Bandar Sri Sendayan, MyRail Coffee Sendayan is now seeking a talented and dedicated Service Crew / Floor Crew / Waiter to join our dynamic team.
As a full-time role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our vibrant cafe.
Key responsibilities
Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently
Serving food and beverages to customers in a timely and courteous fashion
Ensuring the dining area is clean, tidy and well-stocked at all times
Assisting with clearing and resetting tables as needed
Addressing customer queries and concerns promptly and courteously
Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene standards
Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a cafe or restaurant setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
Flexibility to work across various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive team culture
