Key Responsibilities:Greet customers warmly (by Name if whenever possible) upon arrival and assist them in making meal choices.
Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
Serve food to customers promptly and efficiently, following company presentation standards.
Monitor service line and attend to customer needs throughout their dining experience, offering additional services as necessary.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the server and dining area, including clearing and resetting tables and restocking supplies.
Ensure that the dining area is visually appealing and meets company cleanliness standards at all times.
Assist in setting up and breaking down for special events or functions catering.
Monitor and replenish service station supplies such as utensils, napkins, condiments, and beverages.
Report any shortages or stock issues to the manager to ensure smooth operations.
Work closely with kitchen staff and other service crew members to ensure efficient and coordinated service.
Assist in other operational areas as needed, including helping in the kitchen during peak hours or handling special tasks assigned by the manager.
Qualifications:Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Must be able to lift and carry heavy trays, equipment, or supplies.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Experience: Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
