**Customer Engagement**:- Serve as the initial point of contact for service-related issues.- Participate in regular meetings to discuss service performance.- **Customer Communication**:- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.- Provide information about products/services and resolve concerns.- **Order Processing and Coordination**:- Act as the contact point for order processing and tracking.- **Problem Solving and Critical Thinking**:- Address and resolve customer issues, collaborating with other departments.- **Quality Assurance**:- Perform quality checks and manage Service Improvement Programs.- **Reporting and Documentation**:- Maintain customer records and analyze service delivery reports.- **Risk Management**:Identify and escalate risks in a timely manner.**about you**:- Degree in Telecommunications, IT, or related field.- Proficiency in English; Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus.- Basic knowledge in (Digital, Cloud, Networking, Security) and IT transformation Strong organizational and multitasking skills.- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.- Familiarity with CRM software is beneficial.
