As a Service Delivery Engineer, you will provide world-class delivery support by building an in-depth knowledge of our customers' priorities and initiatives, becoming a trusted advisor that avoids customer impact and facilitates continuous improvement. You will identify potential sales and growth opportunities and partner with key stakeholders to maximize these prospects.You will:
Provide technical solutions and perform advanced troubleshooting techniques to address complex technical issues.
Understand Global Configuration tools and processes to provide remediation required for troubleshooting and resolutions to the customers and meet the SLA (Service Level Agreement).
Collaborate with stakeholders to provide the fastest solutions to customers and find the potential root cause of the issues to implement Close Loop Corrective Actions (CLCA).
Focus on activities like data analytics and reporting.

Essential Requirements
Bachelor's degree or an advanced degree.
Good organizational and planning skills to coordinate program deliverables.
Ability to set priorities and delegate.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Desirable Requirements
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SharePoint, Power Platform, Office 365 development (PowerApps, Flows, Power BI, Teams), .Net development (C#, ASP.Net MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML, CSS), and SQL.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technologies, technical and business concepts to multiple audiences.Who we are
