Details of the offer

Role - Representative & single point of contact for all new demands/project requirements Responsibilities - Acknowledge the demand received and initiate the first level of requirement understanding with the business - Setting up BRD walkthrough sessions involving all stakeholders & subsequent follow up calls to ensure clarity of the requirement - Ensure Resource Allocation with respective Domain Lead for SME involvement (inclusive Infra and Security) - Get the BRD sign-off with business - Weekly progress & alignment calls by PPO Governance with PPO Delivery Planning. - Build & Maintain strong relationships with customer & proactively address any issues or concern - Present Service Delivery updates in Weekly governance call - Escalate potential risks/issues- All issues to be monitored till BRD Sign Off - Maintain Service Delivery tracker and keep it updated on share-point. - Collate TPMO Efforts Utilization, Resource availability & get it approved from Digi Governance - SLA Management for Projects - Resource hirings for the AD team - Induction to New Hires Skills - Strong MS Excel & PowerPoint skills - Strong written & spoken communication - Telco experience & have basic functional knowledge - Good understanding of ITSMWho We Are: We provide business consulting & technology services to small, mid, large & startup organizations across multiple industries.
