Essentials to Succeed Currently enrolled in a graduate program, preferably an MBA. Previous internship experience in service delivery, project management, or related areas is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changes. Experience or coursework in service delivery, project management, or related fields is a plus. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others. A proactive and curious mindset, eager to learn and contribute to service delivery innovation.
