We-re #BuildingOnBelief.**Please find the job description below.****Job Title**: Service Desk Analyst (English + Mandarin)**Location**: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia**Expectations from the Role**- Should possess good communication skills.- Should have knowledge on basic desktop issues, printer installations, AD, Exchange, Office365, Hardware issues, Wireless issues.**Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)****Must-Have**- Strong English & Mandarin Communication and inter-personal skills.- Should have good experience in troubleshooting hardware issues for both desktops and laptops.- Should have knowledge on basic desktop issues, printer installations, AD, Exchange, Hardware issues etc.- Should have experience in Active Directory, Office365 and Desktop trouble-shooting- Hands on experience on OS troubleshooting skills**Good-to-Have**- Hands on experience on VMware and VDI troubleshooting.- Good knowledge of ITIL Life Cycle phases - Mandatory- Flexible to work.
