Service Desk Analyst

Help Desk & IT Support (Information & Communication Technology)
Provide Level 1 support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, or chat.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain high login efficiency and meet KPIs such as Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT).
Update work logs and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when needed.
Engage in value-added activities like knowledge base updates and self-development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Strong communication skills in Simplified Chinese and English (spoken, written, and typing).
Ability to multitask and work on a 24x7 rotational shift, including Malaysian public holidays.
Familiarity with computer operating systems, Microsoft Office, and ITIL practices is a plus.
