Job Summary: The Service Director- SEA region will oversee the field service operation in Southeast Asia region, and lead the event management team to drive world class execution in field in all aspects of SQDC, by partnering with different functions within One Field Services(OFS) and service ITR teams. This position will also provide direction and leadership to the team to build and grow local talent pool.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Manage workflow and quality of work performed by Service Managers with consultation from the Region General ManagerLead the event management team (Service Managers, Outage Managers) to manage the end-to-end outage planning and execution partnering with resources team, service ITR , engineering and other supporting functions. Establish and manage key performance indicators as measured in areas of safety, quality, delivery and cost to ensure business objective are metPartner with Resource team to manage workforce utilizationEnsure continuous client contact to assess long-term staffing needsContribute to strategic planning activitiesDrive escalation and ensure resolution of key operational issues.Create, anticipate and adapt solutions to execute business objectives based upon organizational strategiesMaintain customer relationship partnership, alignment, and credibilityIdentify and develop internal and external strategic partners and opportunitiesCollaborate with functional leadership teams to ensure alignment of objectivesProvide direction and leadership to the team ensuring a common vision and purpose to effectively fulfill projectsAsses company strengths and weaknesses relative to the service line needs in order to determine business opportunities for growth and expansionLead the business service line to deliver gross sales commitments, exceed margin goals and exceed customer quality and overall value expectationsManage progress against plan to continuously assess commercial potential, making adjustments as necessary in order to assure optimal profitabilityEstablish strategic priorities for service line and implement plans for sustainable Service line growthTravel requiredMay be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our One Field Services (OFS) global vision and align with short-term and long-term organizational goals and core values.Required Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related field required12+ years of senior leadership experience in the service line or other related equipment2+ years managing and developing multi-discipline teams, preferably with international reach across multiple service types6+ years of Power industry experienceExperience in reviewing contractual documents for accuracy, adherence to agreements, and compliance with laws and regulationsStrong project or program management skills English proficiency requiredDesired Characteristics:Field engineer or power plant O&M experiences preferredMaster's degree preferred Energy, construction, engineering or related experience desirableAbility to form, lead, motivate, and direct a strong and effective teamStrong interpersonal and communication skills across various levels of internal and external partiesStrong presentation skillsAbility to work autonomously in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of commercial and supplier contract terms and conditionsProficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPointFieldCore is an equal employment opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, protected veteran status, status as a qualified individual with a disability, marital status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, ancestry, genetic information, gender identity, or any other characteristic protected by law
