Service Engineer (Bms/ Honeywell)

Key Responsibilities
To provide professional services for customers and technical support/training for service partners, including technical site analysis to resolve customer issues and to perform field service duties.
Key Accountabilities:



-Serves as the first point of contact for customer in managing all their issues.


-Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving system problems.


-Perform all scheduled task.


-Provide service deliverables according to SLA.


-Attend to all alerts that are prompted via monitoring tool.


-Understand customers and contracts while providing excellent service and resolving any issues/complaints in a professional manner.


-Alert Top Management on any pending issues.


-Ensure compliance with all safety policies, practices and procedures.


-To ensure documentation, reports and other required documents are kept up to date in compliance with Management's direction.


-Put forward any ideas to improve process/procedures.

; Requirements:- Requirements:



-Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronic/electromechanical with minimum of 5 years equivalent experience in a related field.


-Skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and AutoCAD.


-Fluent in English (spoken and written). Other languages will be an added advantage.


-Good knowledge of control equipment theory, practices and a good technical knowledge of BMS (Building Management System) is an advantage.


-Good knowledge of Honeywell Systems is also an advantage
