Due to business expansion, we are currently recruiting experiencedService Engineerfor our Selangor branch:
10, Jalan Eco Perindustrian 1/5B, Eco Perindustrian 5, 42300 Puncak Alam, Selangor.
Job Description:
Handle warranty claims, including diagnosing issues and liaising with suppliers.
Ensure timely resolution and documentation of warranty claims.
Test and maintain the batteries of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Conduct load tests and other diagnostic assessments as required.
Perform scheduled maintenance tasks to prevent machinery breakdowns.
Record and report any potential issues identified during inspections.
Troubleshoot and repair machinery malfunctions.
Replace defective parts and components as necessary.
Provide technical guidance to customers regarding machinery operations and maintenance.
Respond to customer inquiries and service requests promptly.
Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports and inventory usage.
Prepare and submit detailed reports to management.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations during service activities.
Ensure tools and equipment are in compliance with standards.
Train customers in the proper use and maintenance of machinery.
Conduct on-site service visits to customer locations as needed.
Ensure efficient and professional service delivery during field operations.
Maintain a tidy workshop, ensuring tools and equipment are organized and the area is clean and hazard-free.
Job Requirements:
Good attitude, punctuality, and disciplined habits.
Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or other related field.
Minimum 1 year working experience in handling warranty claims and mechanical support of Scissor Lifts, Boom Lifts, Forklifts, or Telehandlers.
Able to work in a team, prioritize multi-task, excellent communication, and good interpersonal skills.
