To provide technical solutions and troubleshooting to clients.
Perform and handle technical issues faced by clients/customers (especially after-sales, if any).
Perform technical services in terms of fixture, installation, repair, and maintenance of equipment (products: aerial work platform (AWP), scissor lift, forklift equipment, construction engineering machines, etc.).
To perform service activities including refurbishment, upgrades, inspections, preventative maintenance, and corrective actions.
To liaise with respective team members effectively and solve problems to ensure that clients/customers receive good responses and support required.
