Job Description Respond promptly to customer inquiries and technical requests. Conduct site visits to assess equipment performance and troubleshoot issues. Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide customized solutions. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products, applications, and industry standards. Provide technical training to customers on the proper use and maintenance of our products. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve service delivery. Coordinate with internal teams to execute projects, including product installations, trials, and performance evaluations. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful implementation. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Diagnose technical issues and develop effective solutions to resolve them. Analyze data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement. Work closely with R&D and technical support teams to address complex problems and optimize product performance. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service activities, and project outcomes. Prepare technical reports, presentations, and case studies for internal and external stakeholders. Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer insights and market feedback The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in a technical support or engineering role, preferably in the water treatment sector. Strong knowledge of water treatment processes, chemical applications, and equipment troubleshooting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams. Proficiency in MS Office suite and technical software applications.
