Job Responsibilities:
Proficient in SMT production process and equipment operation, such as printers, mounters, AOI, etc.
Proficient in the process and operation of semiconductor equipment, such as wire bonding equipment (Shinkawa, ASM, KNS, Kaijo), packaging equipment (YAMADA, TOWA).
Experience in either SMT or semiconductor equipment is acceptable.
Service SMT production process and equipment operation, such as printers, mounters, AOI, etc.
Service of industrial machineries/equipment such as wire bonding equipment, packaging equipment.
Minimum Requirements:
Diploma / Degree or above is required, and this requirement can be relaxed appropriately for those with outstanding abilities.
More than 5 years of experience in SMT related positions or semiconductor equipment is required.
Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Malay language. Must be able to write and speak in Mandarin to communicate with China directors, suppliers, and customers.
Able to use email and WeChat for communication.
Able to work in Penang Bandar Cassia and travel between China and Malaysia.
5 days works per week.
