What you will do:
Conduct complex preventive maintenance, repair, replacement, installation, and commissioning under minimal supervision.
Interface directly with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Manage assigned work to meet professional and efficient execution of time and customer satisfaction.
Submit proposals or quotes for HVAC upgrades or to improve system performance. Supervise quoted works to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
How you will do it:
Able to perform safety procedures.
Perform service, maintenance, review, and adjust chiller control parameters and settings.
Able to calibrate, identify faults, and replace chiller parts and components.
Able to review and analyze chiller operation and history data.
Perform chiller overhaul, shaft seal replacement, test & commission, and Annual Shutdown.
Generate technical reports and present them to customers.
Review and critique Connected Equipment reports submitted by service technicians and senior service technicians.
Understand Electrical Starters, Chiller Control Panels, and Chiller Mechanical Systems.
Conduct chiller performance assessments and audits.
Work with Variable Speed Drives, OptiView Control Panels, Smart View control panels, Liquid Cooled Solid State Starters, and Compressor overhaul.
What we look for:
Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or Skills Certificate (SKM), preferably in Mechanical, HVAC, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
Preferably 3 to 5 years of working experience as a service engineer in HVAC.
Self-motivated, hardworking, and positive, with a hunter personality.
A valid Vocational License is an extra advantage.
