About the roleAs a Service Engineer at PRO VISION TECH SDN BHD, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and maintenance services for our clients' industrial equipment and systems.
Based in Penang Island, Penang, this full-time position will see you working closely with our customers to ensure the smooth operation and optimal performance of their mission-critical assets.
What you'll be doing
Conducting scheduled and preventive maintenance on a variety of industrial equipment and systems.
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
Analysing data and generating reports to identify improvement opportunities.
Coordinating with the client's operations team to minimise disruptions.
Maintaining detailed records of all service activities.
Providing training and technical guidance to the client's personnel.
Collaborating with the engineering team to implement product upgrades and enhancements.
What we're looking for
Minimum Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is required for effective communication with customers and team members.
Minimum 1-2 years working experience in AOI; fresh grads are welcome to apply.
Familiarity with AOI equipment setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Must have hands-on experience with Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proven experience in conducting training sessions for customers, providing guidance on AOI system usage and maintenance.
Knowledge of common issues related to AOI systems and the ability to resolve them efficiently.
Willing to work overtime, independently, and travel overseas.
Valid driver's licence.
