The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers to aid them in their success using our product.
This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.
RESPONSIBILITY & AUTHORITY:
Repair and service all related M&E critical equipment in the data center under maintenance contract.
Perform Planned Preventive Maintenance Servicing for M&E critical equipment in the Data Center.
Create detailed Service reports and maintenance checklists on all work done on each M&E critical equipment in the data center.
Provide Incident reports for any issues and breakdowns regarding all related M&E critical equipment in the data center.
Provide ideas and solutions for any technical issues regarding all related M&E critical equipment in the data center.
Perform Testing and commissioning for all related M&E critical equipment in the data center.
Attend to any issues that may occur onsite regarding all related M&E critical equipment in the data center.
Provide site training for all related M&E critical equipment in the data center.
Report to the Service Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree or Equivalent in M&E or relevant experience.
Proficient in writing in English.
Ability to multi-task effectively with a good attitude.
Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality with a high level of commitment and initiative.
Able to work independently.
The products or solutions will include the following:
Critical power (UPS system, AVC, etc.)
and cooling (Precision Air Cond and In Row Air Cond) for data centers and production.
Early warning smoke detection systems for industrial environments such as cleanrooms, warehouses, hospitals, airports, etc.
Rack and PDU.
Structured cabling systems.
Security access and CCTV systems.
Renewable Energy solutions such as Solar systems, EV chargers, etc.
