Service Engineer

Job Scopes : - Attending and verifying customer Warranty Claim (from Proton, Perodua, Toyota) Timely provide customer feedback on Warranty Analysis.
Verifying defective parts return.
Provide feedback to JB HQ on defective part verification results.
Attending to customer complaint & service of company product.
Conduct audit on parts complaint & provide training to customer on company product range.
Supervise technicians.

At least 2- 3 years of working experience in automative industries.
