Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of UPS systems (single-phase and three-phase).
Conduct regular on-site inspections to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
Diagnose and repair faults in UPS units, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
Provide technical support and advice to clients regarding the operation and maintenance of their UPS systems.
Work with other departments, including sales and customer support, to deliver a seamless service experience.
Maintain detailed service reports and documentation for all work completed.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols during all site activities.
Provide 24/7 on-call support for urgent repairs or troubleshooting, when necessary.
Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
